Exchange policy

Thank you for shopping at Meraldcurio. 

If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our Exchange policy. 

THE PROCESS
In the event of an exchange, the product should be returned to us in the same condition as you received it with its original tags within 7 days from the date of delivery. You may ship the garment in a mailer and discard the cardboard box if you wish.

We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do offer easy exchanges. 

  • Kindly self-ship the goods to us in case of an exchange at the following address:

NOTE: The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer. 

  • Once received, our team will examine the product and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed. 
  • The customer can then exchange the product with any other product of their choice having a similar or higher price. In case the size or model of the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued to the customer which will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. 
  • Meraldcurio shall not be held liable for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
For the goods to be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods have the original tags
  • The Goods contain the original tags and receipts provided during shipping
  • Goods are not used or damaged

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or including personalized details such as (a) Custom sizes; (b) Custom colors; (c) Custom lengths
  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons such as undergarments, bikinis etc.

DEFECTIVE GOODS
We continually strive to deliver nothing but the best quality products to our customers. All our pieces are thoroughly checked before leaving the warehouse.
