Merald Curio is a young, vibrant label born in 2022 with a deep-rooted passion for creating elegant, modern jewelry. Founded by designer Shikha Golchha, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry, Merald Curio is a reflection of her lifelong journey with gemstones and design innovation.
The name Merald draws inspiration from Emerald, a gem that holds a personal significance for Shikha. She grew up surrounded by the sparkle of emeralds, watching them being shaped in her father's gemstone unit — a place that instilled in her a deep respect for craftsmanship and detail. After earning her degree in Jewelry Design and Manufacturing from a leading institute in Delhi, she honed her skills with top jewelry houses in Jaipur and Bangalore before launching her own brand.
